A fantastic atmosphere for watching any sporting event. Good sight lines from most seats to one of the big screens or flat panel displays along the walls. Booths have small flat panel TV sets if what you want to see isn't playing. Beer is cold.
Food is okay. The wings are usually pretty good, but quality can vary depending on the night. $0.30 wings on Monday nights for MNF. For big sporting events they usually have Bud girls (or equivalent) in attendance. Service is SLOW at the best of times.
Any true MMA fan in Toronto knows this is the place to watch all Pride and UFC PPV events. Huge screens, multiple flat panel screens good food. The service is a tad slow, but everytime ive been the place has been packed so a small wait for our food was expected. Never been for Leaf games or NFL, but I've heard great things.
Dirty beer taps (Keiths anyway) and below average food. Lots of cheap flat screens for viewing sports but the serivce is usually pretty poor. Karaoke Friday is the only good thing about this place and the atmosphere for big Leafs/Raptors games. They recently re-modeled.
Poor service... bad food... terrible atmosphere. Bunch of drunks sitting enjoying half naked ugly looking waitresses...
Overall one of the low class places in Toronto
Gets Very Busy at Sporting events has Great Karaoke on Friday nights and is a great crowd of people. The service is really bad though. Seem to be understaffed. However food is good.
This place is not what it use to be. If you haven't been there recently, just don't go again. Dirty taps, bad food, horrible service - and now the atmosphere is bad.
Good sports bar, great spot to watch any game.
Independently run bar (not just another Gabby's or Firkin franchise) with management around just about any night.
One of the last true fan sports bars around, maybe the only one there ever was.
Sports Cafe is a bar that has always understood the importance of "SPORTS" They always have them on, everything available to them. They seemlessley change those football games on Saturdays & Sundays. They show all the Hockey games, basketball games etc. and they let you cheer on.
Sucks. Use to show fights but is now too cheap to spend the money to order HBO fights. Why bother call yourself a sports bar?
Went to this bar to watch a Leaf game. At first the waitress impressively listed a gorgeous list of beers on tap...unfortunately they ran out of all of these fancy selections with the exception of strongbow by 10:30pm, I won't be going back.
